Services · Rate sheet · Forest Hills, NY

Know your number. Know your finish date.

Three jobs, three prices, all printed right here. Most security shops hide the fee behind a “discovery call” and bill by the hour until you flinch. We quote in writing the same day you call, and the invoice matches the quote. That’s the whole trick.

01 — The rate sheet

Pay for the work, not the meter.

Each crossing is its own engagement with its own invoice. Take one, or stack them.

HIPAA security risk assessment

The risk analysis the Security Rule demands and the first thing an auditor asks to see. We inventory it, walk it, rank it, and write it up so you can file it.

  • Every device, app and cloud account that touches patient data, listed
  • One on-site walk of the front desk, treatment rooms and server shelf (2–3 hours)
  • Vendor and BAA review: billing, transcription, portal, IT
  • Ranked findings report in plain English, signed and dated
Day 21 $3,480 Fixed fee · delivered in 21 days Book the assessment

Phishing-resilience training

Your front desk gets fooled by a safe email so a real one doesn’t land. No annual slideshow, no name-and-shame.

  • 45-minute live session at your clinic or by video
  • Four simulated phishing waves across eight weeks
  • A one-page “before you click” card for every desk
  • A results summary for the doctors with no individual names
8 weeks $1,260 Fixed fee · up to 25 staff Book the training

Remediation roadmap

A finding nobody fixes is just a liability with a date on it. This is the chart that gets the fixes done.

  • 30/60/90-day schedule, each fix with a named owner
  • Rough cost per item. We resell no software, so none of it is a pitch
  • A “done when…” line for every task so you can check our work
  • 90-minute walkthrough with the doctors, then it’s yours to run
30 / 60 / 90 $2,140 Fixed fee · after an assessment Book the roadmap
02 — Which crossing first

Start where it hurts. Skip what you already have.

You don’t need all three. If the last risk analysis is under a year old, skip A. If the clinic runs on one front-desk PC and a prayer, start with B this month.

03 — What we won’t do

Three things we refuse to sell you.

A consultant who sells everything is selling something. Here are the lines we hold.

No software

No tools with our cut in them

We resell nothing. When the roadmap says you need a backup service, the price beside it is the vendor’s, not ours with a markup.

Read-only

No logging into charts

We look at how systems are set up. We don’t open patient records, and we don’t change a setting on your machines.

No guarantee

No “you will pass” promise

Nobody honest can promise an audit outcome. We promise a current, documented analysis, a trained front desk and a dated plan.

04 — Money questions

Before you ask what it costs: here’s how you pay.

  1. When does the invoice arrive?

Once per engagement, at the price we quoted in writing. Pay by ACH, check or card. There’s no deposit meter and no retainer to cancel.

  2. What if my clinic has more than 25 staff?

The training fee covers up to 25. Larger practices get a quote for the extra seats, in writing, before we book a date.

  3. Can I buy the roadmap without the assessment?

Only if you already hold a current risk analysis we can build from. Otherwise the roadmap would be guessing, and we don’t bill for guessing.

  4. What happens if the scope turns out bigger?

We tell you on the 20-minute call, not after the walk. If something genuinely new turns up mid-engagement, you hear about it first and the fee doesn’t move without your yes.
